NPFL: Ayodeji signs new one-year contract at Ikorodu City

Abayomi Ayodeji has signed a one-year contract extension with Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, side Ikorodu City.

Ayodeji penned a contract that will keep with the Oga Boys until 2029.

The extension put an end to speculations surrounding his future at the club.

He played an important role in Ikorodu City impressive campaign last season.

Ayodeji recorded six goals , and two assists in the second half of the 2025-26 season.

He will be tasked with the responsibility of improving on his goals tally for the club next season.
