NPFL: Rivers United goalkeeper Ozoemena returns to full training after surgery

Rivers United goalkeeper, Ani Ozoemena has returned to full training after undergoing surgery, DAILY POST reports.

Ozoemena had been sidelined over an undisclosed injury.

The Super Eagles goalkeeper’s return is a big boost for the Pride of Rivers in their quest to win the title this season.

Ozoemena made seven appearances for Rivers United in the NPFL last season.

Rivers United sit in second position on the NPFL table with 15 points.

Finidi George’s side will do battle with Abia Warriors in their next league fixture this weekend.
