NPFL: Shooting Stars seeks fans support after poor start

Daily Post about 1 hour 1 mins read

Shooting Stars have urged the club’s faithful to remain patient with technical adviser, Salisu Yusuf, DAILY POST reports.

The chairman, Hon. Kehinde Lekan Salami, made the call after the Oluyole Warriors’ goalless draw against Kano Pillars.

Salami said the team has made progress despite recording a disappointing draw in their last outing.

Shooting Stars have managed only one win from their last six league matches.

“One disappointing draw shouldn’t erase the progress,” Lekan Salami told BallwithAra.

“I urge our fans to give head coach Salisu Yusuf time; the team will get better.”

He expressed confidence in the technical crew to turn things around as the season progresses.

Shooting Stars will be looking to return to winning ways when they face Kun Khalifat FC in Owerri on Sunday.
