Thugs attack NDC members in Enugu [VIDEO]

Daily Post 21 minutes 1 mins read

There was tension at the Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu, on Saturday when thugs reportedly attacked members of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC.

The NDC members were said to have gone to the airport to welcome their governorship candidate before the incident occurred.

This is coming barely one month after the NDC alleged that “state-sponsored thugs” attacked its members during a grassroots meeting in Obuoffia Ward, Nkanu West Local Government Area of the state.

In the footage shared on X, the NDC members were heard saying that they were being shot at and tear gassed.

“They are shooting tear gas at us. This is under the watch of the police and army. We’re running for our lives. We’re at the Enugu International Airport here,” of them said.

“The All Progressives Congress, APC, must go. Tinubu must go,” the NDC members chanted as they ran for their lives.
