NPFL:Odah announces departure from Abia Warriors

Okiemute Odah has announced his departure from Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side Abia Warriors.

Odah expressed gratitude to his teammates, coaches, and supporters in a farewell message.

The veteran goalkeeper said he was leaving the Umuahia-based club with a heart full of gratitude.

“Today, I say goodbye to this amazing club with a heart full of gratitude,” Odah wrote. “Thank you to my teammates, coaches, staff, and everyone who supported me throughout this journey.”

Odah said wearing the club’s badge was an honour and credited his time at the club for helping shape him both on and off the pitch.

“Wearing this badge has been an honor, and every moment on the pitch has helped shape me as both a player and a person.

“I’ll always cherish the memories, friendships, and lessons we’ve shared.”

Odah is expected to secure a move elsewhere before the start of the new season.
