Justice Obiora Egwuatu of the Federal High Court, Abuja, has fixed 14 July to begin hearing of a suit filed by an aspirant for the Zamfara Central Senatorial District, Lubna Mohammed, who is alleging exclusion from the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary in the state.

Among the five sued by the aspirant are her party, the APC, the party’s National Chairman, Nentawe Yilwatda, and INEC.

At the day’s hearing, her counsel, Umar Bukar, asked for a new date to enable him to serve the fourth Defendant with the processes.

Justice Egwuatu subsequently adjourned the case to July 14 for hearing.

Speaking through her counsel, the aspirant said that she had approached the appeals committee for redress but without any meaningful headway, prompting her approaching the court.
